Veilgrid Updates — Platform Progress + Operator Foundations

Hi — quick update on what’s been happening behind the scenes.

The focus recently has continued to be less about adding surface features and more about finishing foundational pieces that make the platform scalable for operators and teams.

Several internal systems have reached meaningful milestones, and the platform is starting to feel much closer to its long-term architecture.

TL;DR

Internal Control Tower v1.0 completed — the internal platform management layer is now stable (ish).
Operator Control Tower rolled out — first step toward partner-operated platforms.
Brandable operator infrastructure launched — custom assets and semi-custom domains now working (kinda).
Dashboard UI/UX continues to improve — usability and consistency upgrades across the interface.
Billing models expanded — partial credit usage and additional billing configurations implemented.
TierLang development progressing — foundational work on the next-generation (SUPER SECRET THING).

Platform & dashboard

Recent work focused heavily on UI/UX improvements and overall platform polish.

This includes continued improvements to:

Dashboard usability
Navigation consistency
Agent template interfaces
General interface responsiveness

These changes are incremental but important — the goal is a platform that feels stable and intuitive before expanding its feature surface further.

Control towers

Two major platform management layers have progressed:

Internal Control Tower

The internal control tower v1.0 is now complete.

This system manages core platform infrastructure such as:

platform configuration
internal operations
system-level oversight

It forms the administrative backbone used to operate Veilgrid itself.

Operator Control Tower

The Operator Control Tower has now been rolled out in its initial form.

This system allows operators to manage:

their branded environments
platform configuration for their teams
agent deployment
brand assets and domains

The goal is to allow operators to run their own AI platforms on top of Veilgrid infrastructure.

Operator infrastructure

Work also progressed on operator-level branding and domain infrastructure, including:

Operator brand asset management
Support for semi-custom and fully custom operator-branded URLs
Early foundations for operator-specific environments

This is a key part of the platform vision: enabling organizations to run their own branded AI platforms without rebuilding the underlying infrastructure.

Agents, modules, and primitives

Work continues on expanding the building blocks of the ecosystem.

Recent development includes:

improvements to existing agent templates
ongoing work on new modules
development of additional agent primitives
progress on a RAG pipeline

These components are designed to act as reusable infrastructure for building higher-level workflows and agents.

Billing

Several billing models have now been implemented and tested, including:

partial credit usage

Billing flexibility is important because the platform supports many different operator business models, from internal automation to full client-facing platforms.

TierLang

Progress continues on TierLang, an internal project aimed at simplifying how complex AI agents and workflows are defined and deployed.

Details are still under wraps, but the goal is to make it dramatically easier to build and compose agents using a clean, modular programming layer designed specifically for AI workflows.
